By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings & Payments

A retainer or deposit may be required to secure your session.

Remaining balances are due as outlined in your contract or invoice.

Booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may request a reschedule based on availability.

Cancellations follow the Refund Policy below.

Severe weather or emergencies may allow for flexible rescheduling.
Photo Delivery

Final images and videos are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

Delivery times vary by project and will be outlined in your agreement.
Inappropriate or Prohibited Content
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, Silver Frame Photo & Video Memories does not photograph, film, or edit content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to decline or stop a session if content or behaviour violates these standards. No refunds will be issued if a session is terminated due to inappropriate content or conduct.
Copyright & Usage

Silver Frame Photo & Video Memories retains copyright to all images and videos created.

Clients receive personal-use rights unless otherwise stated.

Commercial usage requires written permission or a licensing agreement.
Model Release
You may grant or decline permission for your images/videos to be used in marketing materials, portfolio samples, or social media. Consent is collected at booking.
Retention of Files
We keep backups for a reasonable period but do not guarantee permanent storage. Please download and back up your files when delivered.
Limitation of Liability
We take great care in our work. However, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to misuse or disrupt any part of it.
Content, images, and logos may not be copied without written permission.
