Here’s how refunds, rescheduling, and product returns work for our photography and videography services, so you always know what to expect.

Because photography and videography are service-based and involve custom work, our refund policy reflects the time and preparation put into each project.

Session Fees & Deposits

Deposits/retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and time.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new date (subject to availability).

Cancellations

Client-initiated cancellations after services have begun (shooting, editing, planning) are not refundable.

If we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or technical failure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Product Refunds
Because photos and videos are digital and custom-created:

Delivered digital files are non-refundable

Printed products (albums, prints, USBs, etc.) cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect

Re-Editing
If you’d like adjustments to your final images or videos, we’re happy to help. Additional fees may apply based on the request.
